At Loyola University 新奥尔良, it is our priority to make sure that your voice is heard and respected. You have several different options for reporting a concern with the university. This page outlines our process for reporting concerns and describes the formal and informal reporting options available depending on your situation.

* Discrimination and Harassment Complaints submitted via the bias incident form are informal 在自然界中 and their intended outcomes are educational, 或恢复, 在自然界中. If the student filing the complaint wishes to file a formal complaint that may result in disciplinary action taken against the faculty/staff/student whom the complaint is filed against, then the student making the complaint must file a formal complaint. In addition to the process outlined here, 第九条 complaints are required to follow additional regulations provided by the federal government.

** This step occurs when the Complainant wishes to pursue a formal investigation. If a Complainant decides not to participate in a formal investigation, an investigation will only ensue if there is evidence to suggest the Respondent may repeat the behavior (e.g. 之前的报告).

Please use these forms to report any behaviors of concern involving Loyola University 新奥尔良 students, whether these behaviors occur inside or outside of the classroom setting. Please note that anonymously submitted forms may limit our effectiveness in dealing with concerning behavior.

  • Code of Conduct Complaint Form – Report Code of Conduct violations.

  • Bias Incident Reporting Form – Report an act of discrimination, 骚扰, 恐吓, 暴力, or criminal offense committed against any person, 集团, or property that appears to be intentional and motivated by prejudice or bias. This is an informal report.

  • 正式投诉表格 – Make a formal complaint of discrimination or 骚扰.
